I arrived on site to find a blocked toilet, when flushed, the toilet water would rise high and then go down very slowly. This is a normal sign that the external manhole is blocked.

When the manhole cover was lifted it was clear it was blocked, on this occasion the blockage was caused by tissue and waste so was cleared using rods. I then unblocked the drains using specialist high pressure jetting equipment.

Following this I conducted a CCTV Drain survey of the drains to ensure they were clear, free flowing and not going to block again.

The whole process took about an hour and Mrs Jones was very happy. The cost of this was £85.00 + VAT and is our standard fixed price rate.
